Product Availability & Lead Times

Lead times depend on stock availability. If an item is not currently in stock, please allow up to 14 working days for production, in addition to delivery time.

While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, unforeseen delays may occur. Should this happen, you will be notified via email with an updated shipping timeline. We aim to keep you informed throughout the process.

Estimated delivery times:

  • South Africa: 3–5 working days
  • International: Up to 21 working days

Shipping Options (South Africa)

Door-to-Door Delivery

We charge a flat rate of R250 for door-to-door delivery to major centres within South Africa.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Rural or outlying areas
  • Mines and game reserves

Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Once your order leaves our premises, responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

PUDO Locker Delivery

We offer a PUDO (Pick Up, Drop Off) delivery option at a flat rate of R89.

What is PUDO?

PUDO is a self-service locker system by The Courier Guy that allows you to send and receive parcels via secure lockers located at convenient locations nationwide.

How it works:

  1. Select the PUDO shipping option at checkout
  2. Let us know your nearest PUDO locker location by putting it in the Order Notes on the checkout page. You can find your nearest locker by clicking HERE.
  3. Once your parcel is delivered, you will receive an SMS with a PIN
  4. Visit the locker, enter your PIN, and collect your parcel at your convenience

Important notes:

  • Lockers are accessible 24/7 at most locations
  • Parcels must be collected within the specified time window to avoid return
  • Ensure your contact details are correct to receive notifications

International Shipping

International orders are charged a base rate of R2500 (ZAR).

This rate covers parcels up to 2kg. If your order exceeds this weight, an additional shipping charge may apply, and a second invoice will be issued.
