How to Measure Yourself
Stand relaxed, in your underwear, with a soft measuring tape. Don’t pull tight — let the tape sit comfortably against your body.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom, with your feet together.
If you don’t have a measuring tape, a piece of string and a ruler works just as well — wrap the string around, mark where it meets, then measure the string against the ruler.

Shipping
We offer door-to-door delivery at a flat rate of R250 to major centres, as well as a PUDO locker option at R89, allowing you to collect your parcel from a secure self-service locker provided by The Courier Guy at a time that suits you. If using Pudo, it's important to let us know which locker you want us to send your order to by adding it to the Order Notes on the checkout page. You can find your nearest locker by clicking HERE.
Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–5 working days. If an item is not in stock, please allow up to 14 working days for production in addition to delivery time. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, or refunds can be requested within 7 days from receipt, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. If you order the incorrect size, exchanges are subject to stock availability, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange collection and offer a replacement or full refund at our cost. Refunds are processed via EFT once the returned item has been received and inspected.
